Last Ship Date: February 9th 2016 for existing business from established customers

Reason for Discontinuation: Reallocation of production resources

Upgrade replacement part numbers are NACKA series part numbers, with same product specifications, in same case sizes and with higher reflow soldering heat rating (See PDF)
