NIC Components Corp. is pleased to announce the release of the NAZHA series of automotive-grade surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitors featuring extended load life ratings at +105°C (3000 to 5000 hours). The NAZR series meets automotive standard AEC-Q200 and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. Supported in 8×10.5mm and 10×10.5mm (DxH) case sizes, the NAZHA series is available in capacitance values from 330uF to 2200uF and voltage ratings from 6.3VDC to 35VDC.
The NAZHA series is a longer lifetime rated upgrade to the legacy NAZH series (2000 hours) and features low ESR (≥ 0.060 ohm; 100KHz) and high ripple current ratings (≤ 1.19Arms; 100KHz / +105°C) supporting a wide range of industrial and automotive power applications. The RoHS compliant NAZHA series is packaged on embossed carrier tape for automated pick and placement and is reflow soldering rated to +245°C (2 reflow cycles).
