+125‚ÑÉ SMT Hybrid Construction Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors    

NIC Components Corp. is pleased to announce the release of the NSPE-TS product series of surface mount SMT aluminum electrolytic capacitors utilizing advanced hybrid construction, combining conductive polymer with liquid electrolyte, resulting in low ESR, high ripple current ratings (up to 3.9Arms), self-healing characteristics, and stable performance over -55‚ÑÉ to +125‚ÑÉ operating temperature range.
 
NSPE-TS series supports downsized circuit designs using smaller or fewer components, covers 100uF to 1000uF capacitance range in 6.3vdc and 10Vdc ratings, and is an alternate – upgrade to the legacy NSPE-S product series (NRND EOL). The NSPE-TS series is load life rated at +125‚ÑÉ (2000 hours) and +105‚ÑÉ (5000 hours) and supports low voltage high current power applications requiring stability at low operating temperatures, such as automotive, industrial controls, enterprise, networking, and communication infrastructure equipment. 
 
NSPE-TS meets the requirements of AEC-Q200, including extended bias humidity testing; +85‚ÑÉ, 85% RH testing for up to 2000 hours. The SMT construction is halogen-free, RoHS & REACH compliant, and compatible with +260°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request. NIC Components Corp. is pleased to announce the release of the NAZP product series of surface mount SMT aluminum electrolytic capacitors featuring extended 7000-hour load life ratings at +105°C (which corresponds to 28,000 hours at +85°C and 112,000 hours at +65°C).   
 
NAZP series features high CV in reduced case sizes with low impedance and high ripple current ratings for use in power conversion (DC-DC) and regulator applications. The NAZP series is supported in capacitance values from 100uF to 470uF, with voltage ratings covering 16V to 50VDC in two case sizes; 8×10.8 and 10×10.8mm ( DxL ). The SMT construction is halogen-free, RoHS & REACH compliant and compatible with +250°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request. High-Temperature Long Life Snap-In Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

NIC Components Corp. is pleased to announce the release of the NRLRT product series of Snap-In aluminum electrolytic capacitors featuring high voltage ratings for use in primary side smoothing capacitor circuits for LTE / 5G infrastructure and similar high-reliability long-life applications.  
 
Utilizing upgraded materials and construction the NRLRT series has extended rated temperature (up to +125°C) which is the highest of all snap-in type products, and long lifetime ratings of 2000 Hours at +125°C (which corresponds to 8000 hours at +105°C, and 32,000 hours at +85°C). 
 
NRLRT series supports capacitance values from 68uF to 820uF, high voltage ratings covering 400VDC, 420VDC, and 450VDC in case sizes from 22×25 to 35x60mm (DxL). The snap-in construction is halogen-Free, RoHS & REACH compliant, and compatible with Pb-free wave soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request.
