NMC-H series - High Voltage 200V to 5KV rated Ceramic Chip Capacitors
NIC Components Corp. is pleased to announce the expansion of the popular NMC-H series of surface mount ceramic chip capacitors featuring voltage ratings from 200V to 5000V in NPO and X7R TCCs. Supported capacitance values covering 0.1pF to 2.2uF with cases from 0402 to 2225.
The robust MLCC ceramic chip construction is Halogen-free, RoHS & REACH compliant, and compatible with +260°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering processes. Evaluation samples are available upon request. Please contact NIC today to review your requirements.
