NIC COMPONENTS DESIGN REGISTRATION PROGRAM

• Who: NIC Franchised Distributors
• How: Complete and submit the Design Registration Form
• What: Register NIC design wins & receive price-protection
• Email: Submit the completed form to address: nicregistrations@niccomp.com

A confirming email with Design ID (Quote Ref #) will be sent to you from NIC Components.

ELIGIBILITY

ELIGIBLE PRODUCT SERIES:

• AS PER LINK: http://www.niccomp.com/products/registerable.php
• Said series are both considered performance passives and flagged as focus series for NIC Components.
• NIC SERIES/PART NUMBERS eligible for registration, are not only listed in the above link but are also designated by part number as registerable in all price files submitted to NIC franchised distribution.
• No current Registration or POS must exist with any other NIC franchised distributor on the submitted part number(s) for targeted end-customer.

RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION

• All Registrations expire within 12 months of initial approval but can be renewed for an additional year, or years.
• At the first renewal, the distributor is held accountable for updated information concerning approval status (assigned CPN) of the part or parts submitted in the registration, as well as update all information concerning the target project and design developments.
• At the second renewal, the distributor must confirm production timeline.
• Once production begins on a submitted part or parts, the distributor can renew the registration every year on the anniversary of the registration, for the duration of builds for said customer and project.
