NML Series: 0603 & 0402 Size Multilayer Chip Inductors

NML series of multilayer chip inductors feature high Q (>50 @ 1GHz; <27nH) and SRF (>2GHz; <18nH) for high frequency - wireless communication applications. Small 0402 and 0603 size packages are ideal for handheld and ultra dense circuit designs. Inductance values from 1.0nH ~ 56nH (0402) and 1.5nH ~ 220nH (0603) in ±0.5nH, ±5% and ±10% tolerances. Operating temperature range of -40°C ~ +85°C. Supplied on paper tape and compatible with auto pick-and-placement and reflow soldering. Pricing from $0.06 ~ $0.08 each in production volumes. Current lead-time is 6 ~ 10 weeks.
