Ultra-Small Size, High Q, Precision Thin Film Chip Inductors

NTL Series of Thin Film Chip Inductors feature high quality factor at high frequency (see curves & tables below) and precision tolerance (0.1nH, +/-1%) in low cost ultra-small 0201, 0402 and 0603 sizes. Inductance values from 1.0nH to 100nH with self resonant frequencies (SRF) up to 10GHz make these inductors ideal for high frequency, high speed and precision design applications. High DC current ratings (DCI to 1.8A) and low DC resistance (DCR down to 0.030ohm) characteristics. Supplied RoHS compliant standard, with pure Tin terminal finish. Compatible with SAC soldering processes to +270°C. Supplied on tape and reel for high speed auto placement. Typical pricing from $0.02 ~ $0.04 each in production volumes.  Lead times from 5 ~ 8 weeks.  Samples are available.
