Radial Leaded Ultra-Low ESR - Impedance (Z) Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

New NRSJ series of radial leaded (LD) aluminum electrolytic capacitors from NIC Components Corp provide low ESR and impedance characteristics for power management - voltage conditioning applications. Today' s lower voltage - high current circuit designs require lower ESR capacitors to supply energy during high load current stepping. NRSJ series features low ESR and impedance (as low as 0.013ohm) with high ripple current ratings (up to 2.55Arms; +105ºC/100KHz).

Available in:
» Capacitance values from 100uF ~ 2700uF (±20% capacitance tolerance)
» Voltage ratings from 6.3 ~ 50VDC
» Case sizes (DxL) include: 8 x 11.5, 8 x 20, 10 x 12.5, 10 x 16 and 10mm x 20mm
» Load Life - Endurance Test Rated at 2000 hours (+105ºC)

Ideally suited for lower voltage - high current power management applications, including power supplies, dc-dc converters and switchers. Rated for operation at temperatures between -25 ~ +105ºC. The devices are supplied in bulk or tape-and-reel packaging for use with automated insertion equipment.
Pricing from $0.15 ~ $0.60 each in production quantities.
