Ultra-Miniature 01005 Size Ceramic Chip Capacitors 

NIC Components has added reduced case size "01005" (0.4mm X 0.2mm; LxW) to the NMC series of ceramic chip capacitors; MLCCs. 01005 case size is available in temperature stable NPO dielectric (0.1pF ~ 100pF in 16VDC rating) and high capacitance X5R dielectrics (100pF ~ 0.01uF in 6.3VDC & 10VDC ratings).
  Saving roughly 50% board space of larger 0201 size devices, the 01005 size are the smallest products NIC Components currently offers. 01005 size also features the lowest profile (0.22mm maximum thickness) for high-density SMT designs. Applications for the 01005 size include portable & hand-held products, communication and embedded devices. All feature nickel barrier and tin plate finish and are compatible with lead-free reflow soldering processes. All NMC series products are RoHS compliant.
  Supplied packaged on tape and reel (10,000 pieces per reel) for use with automated assembly processes. Pricing from $0.02 to $0.04 USD each, in production volumes. Lead times from 8 ~ 12 weeks.
